This web site has been set up to promote a project to establish a centre for Yoga learning in Africa.
It will require the support of Yoga teachers, students and the local commuity in Benin
Initially, we hope to run a number of residential Yoga courses from an appropriate location in the not too distant future.
It is envisaged that some courses will run on a more economically advantageous basis, so that other courses can be run for the benefit of students with less financial means to pay for tuition.
We also hope that a small student library and office will be set up to give information to prospective participants, and offer learning materials to interested people.

- Contribuer à la lutte pour l’indépendance mentale
- La promotion des sources saines de développement spirituel par l’apprentissage des techniques de yoga
- Organiser des séances de yoga pour le bien-être et la guérison
- Formation des communautés de yoga au Bénin
- Etudier les différents types de yoga et les adapter aux réalités spirituelles de l’Afrique
- Encourager les échanges spirituels et culturels entre l’Orient et l’Afrique
